Refunds & Returns
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. A refund for an online order can be requested within 14 days from the date of original delivery to you. Please note that this applies to online purchases only. If you have secured finance with our third-party provider, you must contact them to arrange cancellation of the finance agreement.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product(s) was received.
In order to process a return, you must first obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization from our Customer Service Center email@example.com. If the merchandise is acceptable for return in accordance with this policy, a Return Authorization Form will be emailed to you. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements as determined in our sole discretion.
In addition, watches are excluded from return upon the shortening and removal of links in watch bracelets.
IMPORT RIGHTS AND TAXES
We ship to many countries of the world outside EU and Switzerland on the basis of "delivery with unpaid customs duties". This means that the recipient will be responsible for all sales taxes or import duties that may apply locally to the purchase and note that you will be refunded for the returned products only. And for the countries outside EU and Switzerland the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds are made back to the credit/debit card used to pay for the order. When a refund is made to a credit or debit card or via PayPal it may not show up in your account straight away as the clearing banks take time to process the refund. Typically this can take up to 7 working days, but varies depending on your own bank. If you would like further clarification on the timescales involved, please contact your card issuer.
As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
Sébastien Bresse watch we sell comes backed by a two-year limited warranty which covers the movement of your watch if it proves to be defective in either material or workmanship under normal use.
